listed below, or email us at ask@Northumberland.gov.uk.
In addition, staff in any library will help you contact the right
person or find out the answer to your specific question.

is most busy on Monday mornings. If you're call is not

Northumberland Information Centres:
The Information Centres are open 09:00 – 17:00
Monday to Friday.
At any of our centres you can get advice, information and
arrange delivery of any council service. You can make a payment for
council services. If your request can not be dealt with
immediately we will ensure that the appropriate person or
department will contact you.
You can submit applications along with
supporting documentation or evidence at any service centre.
Customer Service staff will provide assistance and advice in
completing application
forms.
