About Hexham Library

Hexham Library is located within the Queen's Hall. It houses the Brough Local Studies Collection, the second largest local history collection in the county, books for adults, teenagers and children, audiobooks, DVDs, and local newspapers. It also has 11 public access computers.

Hexham Library has a digital champion available Monday 2 - 5pm. Contact your local library to book a free one to one basic IT session with a digital champion.

Please note this Library will be closed on Bank Holidays.

Regular Events

  • Northumberland County Blind Association hold a drop in 2-4pm every third Wednesday of the month.
  • A reading group meets once a month at 6pm till 7pm.
  • Digital Champions every Monday 2 - 5pm.
