The project is being developed and delivered by Advance Northumberland. 

Potential timescales: designs are currently being developed. Construction is due to commence in Autumn 2024, subject to planning consent, with a potential opening date in summer 2026. 

Funding: UK Government (Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities), Advance Northumberland and Northumberland County Council.
