The applications listed in the table below have been received and accepted for processing by the Licensing Section.  As part of the process, these applications will have been advertised (on the premises and in the local press) and copies will have been sent to the following responsible authorities for their comments and/or representations.

• Police Authority
• Planning Authority
• Environmental Health Authority
• Local Safeguarding Children Board
• Trading Standards
• Fire Authority

Members of the public (where they can be considered to be interested parties) may also submit representations in objection or support to these applications, within the 28 day consultation period.  The Licensing Act 2003 defines an interested party as a person residing in the vicinity of the premises concerned, a person involved in the running of a business within the vicinity, or a body representing such persons or businesses.    

Any elected councillor of the licensing authority is considered to be an interested party and may also submit representations.

Representations of objection from members of the public and/or elected councillors can be submitted by clicking on the link to the right of the relevant application in the table below. The completed notice of objection should be sent to the relevant Licensing office for the area where the premises are situated, click here for office address details.  Please be aware that for any objections to be considered, they should be submitted before the end of the consultation period and they should address the four licensing objectives of:-

• Prevention of crime and disorder
• Prevention of public nuisance
• Public safety
• Protection of children from harm
