A consultation is carried out, providing an opportunity for
residents, businesses and statutory services to comment on the

The consultation responses are analysed and a decision report is

4. Traffic Regulation Order prepared
Taking any recommendations into account, a Traffic Regulation
Order is prepared (this follows a legal process). The TROs below
