Northumberland Local
Transport Plan 2006 - 2011
The Local Transport Plan (LTP) is a strategy document that sets
out what the authority wants to achieve in relation to highways and
transport in Northumberland. This is the second LTP produced
for Northumberland and it covers the five year period between 2006
- 2011.
The LTP was developed following consultation with key
partners including District Councils, Environmental Agencies, Rural
Transport Partnerships and Local Strategic Partnerships. Focus
Groups were also held at County Hall. A summary of the public
consultation can be found below, along with the Strategic
Environmental Assessment.
