Approved Mortgage Solutions will be there to give landlords some general educational advice around finance and mortgages.  A representative from the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA) will be there to give landlords updates on new housing legislation and discuss the current key issues in the Private Rented Sector.

A representative from North East Landlords will also briefly talk about statutory periodic tenancies compared to contractual periodic tenancies.
Northumberland County Council’s Local Landlord Forums are a great opportunity to share information and ideas and to promote the views of the private landlords contributing to the improvement of the county's housing.
