European elections on May 23rd

On 23rd May 2019 there will be European Parliamentary elections across Europe. In the UK voters will choose 73 MEPs in 12 multi-member regional constituencies. Each region has a different number of MEPs based on its population.

People who are registered to vote in local elections for Northumberland are eligible to vote. Poll cards have now been delivered to confirmed electors registered in Northumberland. 

Just like in local elections we'll have 222 polling stations open across the county from 7am until 10pm on Thursday, May 23rd.

The count will take place on Sunday, May 26th.
