Graduate Programmes

We operate graduate schemes in areas including Human Resources, Information Services, Law (2-year training contracts), Finance and Surveying.

Each year we participate in the national programme of the National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP).

Graduate Opportunities at Northumberland County Council

Each year we participate in the Local Government Association - National Graduate Development Programme each year. This is a great way to understand local government.
