Our care management service can offer help and advice for ill or disabled people who are hoping to find employment, education or training. Often this will be by putting people into contact with another organisation which has expertise in this area. Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust operates a Supported Employment and Education Service (SEEdS). SEEdS works with people referred by a care manager to help them to prepare for employment.
