Together with our partners in Citizens Advice consumer
service we operate a Consumer Helpline to provide clear
impartial advice to consumers and businesses on their rights and
obligations when buying and selling goods and services.

can also use this line to report concerns about under age sales of
restricted goods to children.

Traders? The Northumberland and North Tyneside Trader
Register has been set up by Northumberland and North Tyneside
Trading Standards for the benefit of both local consumers and
