Council tenants have your say

Northumberland County Council housing tenants have your say

Take part in the survey on the introduction of a set of proposed Tenant Satisfaction Measures

The Regulator of Social Housing is currently creating a new system for assessing how well social housing landlords in England are doing at providing good quality homes and services.

Among other things, the system will involve a set of tenant satisfaction measures that social housing landlords must report on.

People will be able to use these measures to understand how well landlords are doing.

The Regulator has designed 22 different measures for housing providers to report their performance on. These measures all link back to the themes the Government set out in the Social Housing White Paper which are:
  • keeping properties in good repair
  • maintaining building safety
  • effective complaints handling
  • respectful and helpful tenant engagement, and
  • responsible neighbourhood management.
The Regulator would like to know what tenants think of these measurement proposals and you can give your views directly to the Regulator.
