Daily booking of Blyth Beach huts to be re-instated

The daily booking of the iconic Blyth Beach huts is to be reinstated during the summer months, following the Government’s announcement that Covid 19 restrictions are to end
A number of our colourful beach huts will be available to let on a daily basis for £40 per day during the peak summer months of June, July and August.

During the Covid pandemic, operators Active Northumberland changed the booking of the daily letting beach huts to long term lets, in order to protect the public and to help reduce the spread of the virus.

Booking for daily lets will open on March 7, and anyone interested is advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
The huts are situated on the seafront overlooking a long strip of golden sand popular with walkers, surfers, canoeists, sea anglers and families.
They sit on a timber deck with a terraced area to the rear. An amenity building with external showers and public toilets are just a short walk away. There is also a free public car park nearby.

They are ideal for visitors and local residents who want a full beach experience for the day with the option of having a little shelter and maybe a cup of tea. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed inside the huts, tied up outside or onto the main beach.
