Includes: Old Alnwick DC, Old Berwick BC and the parishes of Morpeth, Cresswell, Widdrington, East Chevington, Thirston, Tritllington and West Chevington, Widdington Station and Stobswood, Ulgham, Longhirst, Pegswood, Hebron, Longhorsley, Hepscott, Stannington, Mitford, Meldon, Hartburn, Netherwitton and Wallington Demesne

West Area

Includes:- Old Tynedale DC and the parishes of Ponteland, Heddon-on-the-Wall, Stamfordham, Whalton, Belsay, Capheaton and Matfen. South East Area and Central Development Management Team

South East Area includes: – Old Blyth Valley BC, Old Wansbeck DC and the parishes of Lynemouth, Ellington and Linton

The Central Development Management Team deals with minerals and waste developments, major energy developments, such as wind farms, major infractructure developments and the Council's own developments.
