Use the information and advice on these pages to reduce, recycle and reuse even more waste! Here you can check where you can take your waste and recycling, when your bins will be collected and what can go in each bin. Keep a look out for those services that you can do online, including reporting a missed bin collection, applying for a waste permit and booking a bulky waste collection.

Where to take your waste and recycling

We have 12 Household Waste Recovery Centres (HWRC) across the county and a number of recycling drop off points

Garden waste collection

We offer an optional kerbside collection service for garden waste from March to November.

Bulky waste

If you have household items that can’t go in your wheeled bin, you can use our collection service, take them to a recycling centre or donate them to someone who could use them.
