Bank Holiday Arrangements :  Please note that all bin collections across Northumberland will be one day late during the week of bank holiday Monday – 31st August 2015. 

Monday collections will take place on the Tuesday, Tuesday on Wednesday, Wednesday on Thursday and Thursday on Friday.

The day changes affect all collections, including recycling, general rubbish and garden waste.

We have 12 Household Waste Recovery Centres (HWRC) across the county as well as local recycling points:


Garden waste collection

We offer an optional kerbside collection service for garden waste from March to November:


Bulky waste

If you have household items that can’t go in your wheeled bin, you can use our collection service, take them to a recycling centre or donate them to someone who could use them:
