Northumberland Customer Information Centres

The Information Centres are open 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

At any of our centres you can:

• get advice and information regrading any of our services anywhere in the County
• arrange delivery of any council service anywhere in the County
• make a payment for council services 
• submit applications along with supporting documentation or evidence
• get assistance and advice in completing application forms 

If your request can not be dealt with immediately we will ensure that the appropriate person or department will contact you.

If you wish to phone the council you can do on 0845 6006400. Normal working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (excluding public holidays). We provide a reduced service for emergency calls only outside these hours but on the same number (0845 600 6400).

Using Your Car, Bike or Cycle:

Heading North on A1 from Newcastle take A197 signposted to Morpeth.

Carry along this road to outskirts of town, second turning on right (signposted). 

Visitors car park is first turning on right, opposite County Fire & Rescue Service.

Using Public Transport:

Local and long distance trains serve Morpeth Station, which has a Taxi Office and bus stops nearby.
