Meeting room hire

Our community fire stations have excellent meeting room facilities that are available to hire for organisations, community groups and county council departments.

Our meeting rooms feature multimedia facilities including computers, speakers, screens and projectors. Flip charts are available on request. We can also provide catering and refreshments if required.

We currently hire meeting rooms of various sizes at both Pegswood Community Fire Station and our headquarters at West Hartford. Have a look at the user guides below for further information:  If you would like to hire a meeting room, please contact us on 01670 621110. 
We offer a number of rooms of different sizes. Our meeting rooms can accommodate up to 60 people. The layouts of our rooms can be configured in a number of different ways. The different layouts we can offer include:
  • boardroom
  • theatre
  • classroom
  • cafĂ© style
  • U-shape

Catering and tea/coffee can be provided at an additional charge, if ordered at the time of booking. We require a minimum of five working days for all bookings that require catering and/or tea/coffee.

The range of catering we can provide includes:
  • tea, coffee and biscuits
  • selections of sandwiches
  • savoury nibbles
  • hot buffets
