Appeal for friends to protect nature reserve

31 Mar 2016

Visitors to the East Cramlington nature reserve are being asked to help improve, protect and promote it.

The local beauty spot, which covers an area from East Cramlington to Seaton Delaval, is a popular destination for wildlife lovers as well as walkers, runners and cyclists.

Users are now asked to help set up a ‘friends of’ group that would work to protect and preserve the green space for future generations.

A meeting to discuss the role of the group will take place on Thursday 7 April, from 7pm, in the upstairs room of The Keel Row, Foremans Row, Seaton Delaval.
