New Joint Strategic Needs and Assets Assessment website
Northumberland's Joint Strategic Needs and Assets Assessment (JSNAA) outlines the current and future health and social care needs of the local population. Publishing a JSNAA is a statutory duty of the Health and Wellbeing Board which informs priorities set out in the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
The JSNAA should inform commissioners, inform strategy and enable key stakeholders to consider what impacts their communities' health & wellbeing, and local assets that can help to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities.
The JSNAA is updated regularly. Please click here to access the new site, use the feedback button where appropriate to provide any comments/suggestions.
