Landlords and agents are being invited to attend a free event aimed at providing updates on new housing legislation and industry issues. 
 
The event is being organised by Northumberland County Council and will be held at The Civic Centre, Renwick Road Blyth NE24 2BX on Thursday 9th November, 5pm – 7:00pm

There will be a presentation from the Enviromental Health team regarding damp and mould growth and an update from the National Residential Landlords Association on the Renter's Reform. 

There will be a light buffet provided and an opportunity to network with other landlords and Northumberland County Council staff at the beginning and end of the forum. 

The Landlord Development Forum is a partnership between Northumberland County Council, private landlords and letting agents working in the private rented sector. They are a great way to share information and ideas and promote the views of private landlords in contributing to the improvement of the county’s housing.
