We're so excited to be welcoming the fantastic writer, actor and comedian, Lubna Kerr, and Highlights Rural Touring Scheme, to Ashington Library on Wednesday 6 April at 6:30pm with their amazing performance of 'Tickbox'!

'Tickbox' is a semi-autobiographical, bilingual, one woman play, told in Scots-English and Urdu. This "Compassionate, thoughtful & intriguing" performance (Edinburgh Festival) is "Told with warmth & wit" (The Guardian) and combines theatre, storytelling and comedy to interweave the journeys of two Scottish Pakistani women united by blood, passion and determination.
