About the Health Trainer Service

Health Trainers provide group work and one-to-one support for anyone living in Northumberland aged over 16 years.

They can support with the following: 

  • Healthy food choices  
  • Weight management  
  • Increasing physical activity  
  • Drinking less alcohol  
  • Stopping smoking  

How to contact us? 

To access the service we will need:  

  • your name 
  • address  
  • date of birth  
  • contact details 
  • If you have your NHS number that will help. 

 

Self-referrals can be made by calling the service or sending an email 

Referrals are processed during office hours, Monday to Friday.
