Pay and display permits

This permit is valid in any our pay and display parking places- it is valid in Northumberland County Council (NCC) pay and display car parks only.

Apply for a pay and display parking permit 

• online  - you will need your credit/debit card 
• by phone – call 0345 600 6400 and pay with a debit/credit card 
• In person – at one of our customer information centres using a debit/credit card or cheque - check the NCC Contact Us pages for current opening times. 

Costs   

We have recently carried out a formal review of the annual cost of a NCC pay and display permit and for permits beginning 1 April 2020 onwards the annual cost has increased as below: 

• three-month permit - £72 
• six-month permit - £123 
• 12-month permit - £225
