New road bridge installed over rail line

This weekend (November 18-19) saw great progress in the Northumberland Line project as the installation of the new road bridge at Newsham took place.
The road bridge will carry the A1061 South Newsham Road over the new station at Newsham and will save traffic delays as the level crossing will be removed.
