Families across Northumberland are once again set to receive extra support during the school holidays.
“We’re completely different people – I feel like we’ve just woken up.” That’s how Katie and Declan Commins from Northumberland describe a free course that is being offered to families in the county on how to ‘argue better.’
Free wellbeing walks are taking place across the county to encourage more people to get out into the great outdoors and improve their health. The walks are led by friendly volunteers, vary in length and are open to everyone.
