The next stage of ambitious plans to create a new future for Morpeth takes place next month.
Hundreds of residents have already shared their ideas for the future redevelopment of the town - at events at the Town Hall and through online surveys.
Now a Morpeth Masterplanning Update and Feedback Event will be held at the Town Hall on Friday, July 6 from 2pm-7pm.
Northumberland County Council is working with a range of stakeholders including Morpeth Forum to develop a masterplan on how the town develops over the next few years and how services can best be delivered to local people.
The drop-in event in July will outline progress on developments and offer an opportunity to speak to key council officers, and a range of other stakeholders who are working on future plans.
Since the last event The Terrace site has gone onto the market while a comprehensive parking plan has been produced for the town
Councillor Richard Wearmouth, Cabinet Member for Economic Development, said: “We’ve been delighted with the engagement and feedback from our previous masterplanning events - there’s a real passion from local people to have their say and get involved.
“I hope as many people as possible will be able to get along to see the latest developments on a number of schemes in the town.”
