Our apprentices are to continue their studies using the same remote learning guidelines explained above for all learners.

Timetabled sessions will take place online according to your normal timetable. Reviews will be as per their usual schedule, but may be completed remotely where required.

We are working closely with employers to ensure that apprentices’ workplace assessments and progress reviews are delivered with minimum interruption. It is important that you continue to keep a log of any ‘off the job’ hours for your records.

If you are furloughed by your employer during lockdown, please contact your trainer assessor immediately to let them know.

We will update this page and inform individuals as further information becomes available from the Government regarding apprenticeship delivery.

If you normally receive payments from our Learner Support Fund, you will continue to have this paid into your bank account as normal. Please note that we will be monitoring whether you are continuing to engage with your studies regularly and we will review your payments if necessary.

If you have any queries about the Learner Support Fund, please contact Gemma.Lee@Northumberland.gov.uk
Your health, safety and wellbeing is very important to us. Our Safeguarding team are contactable for all of our learners and details are contained within the learner handbook.

If you require help outside of these hours, you can seek support by dialling 101, or in an emergency, 999.
If you are learning with us and would like to talk to someone from our Pastoral team about anything that is concerning you, we're here for you.

Please email michael.holliday@northumberland.gov.uk and a member of the team will get back in touch with you.
