Refill Water Scheme

Refill not only makes refilling a reusable water bottle easy, but it saves you money too. Through the campaign we aim to stop millions of single-use plastic bottles at source each year, preventing plastic pollution from entering our rivers and sea.

Every time someone refills a bottle rather than throwing a plastic one away, we are reducing the amount of plastic that reaches the ocean.

We at the council want to help spread the message about encouraging people to reduce single use plastic by refilling your water bottle.

What is the refill scheme

A Refill Scheme is a group (big or small) of organised people who engage with their communities to achieve real change and further the aims of Refill at a local level, encouraging people to carry a reusable bottle and refill.
