The Northumberland Youth Cabinet is an elected body of 11 to 19-year-olds, representing the views of young people across Northumberland.
The youth cabinet takes issues on a local level to decision makers, in order to influence change. They have a backing of young people to take forward their ideas and turn them into campaigns. The youth cabinet develop projects based on issues they campaigned for in their election manifestos. These issues include topics such as young people and democracy.
