Northumberland Children and Young People’s Plan

The Northumberland Children and Young People’s Plan 2019-2022 sets out Northumberland Children and Young People’s Strategic *Partnership’s hopes and ambitions for young people in the future.

Its vision is for Northumberland to be a place where meeting the needs of children, young people and families is the focus, so that they get the best out of life.

Aspirations in the plan have been guided by engagement with the children and young people whose lives will be transformed and improved by the partnership’s commitment and this shared vision.

*The partnership is made up of Northumberland County Council, Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust; Northumberland Clinical Commissioning Group; Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust; Northumbria Police; Northumberland Strategic Safeguarding Partnership; and schools across Northumberland.

The Conception to 5 Integrated Plan sets out our local partnership’s vision for enhancing the integration of services working with children and their families from conception to age 5 in Northumberland.
