We have an independent chair who is a public
health academic, with specialist knowledge of safeguarding
adults.
The Board has six sub-groups, which focus on
the following areas and help deliver on strategic priorities:

- Quality and Performance (includes
safeguarding quality standards)
- User Engagement and Involvement
- Serious Case Review
The Board meets quarterly and the sub-groups
bi-monthly.
