Northumberland Food Event
The first Northumberland Food Event was held in March 2011 with the aim of supporting caterers and food producers within the County.
Restaurants, cafés, pubs and takeaways were given advice and tips on how to develop menus, improve front of house skills, get the most out of marketing and advertising and ensure that they were on the ball when it came to business finance.
Due to the extremely positive feedback from the exhibitors and delegates a second Food Event was held on the 6th March 2012 at the Holiday Inn, Seaton Burn.
