What Is Northumberland
Youth Parliament?
Northumberland Youth Parliament is a group of 6 young
people that were elected in by young people in
Northumberland. 2 Members and 2 Deputy Members took
office in February 2012 with 2 Deputy Members additionally talking
office in February 2013. They were elected on their manifestos
for improving Northumberland. NYP represent Northumberland on a
Regional and National platform and work closely with the Youth
Cabinet on young people's issues.
