‘Crime Scene Investigation – Fingerprinting’ takes place at Hexham Library on Thursday 13 September 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Hexham library.

 

If you’re intrigued by crime scenes and the forensic techniques used to track criminals, don’t miss this fascinating talk about scene of crime investigation by Ian Gillard, retired Scenes of Crime Officer.

 

Hear about the history and technicalities of how fingerprints work and learn how to lift and develop your own prints. Ian will also talk through an interactive forensic case study of a double murder and introduce forensic principles including plaster casting of a footprint.

 

Tickets are £5 and include a glass of wine and are available from Hexham library.
