There’s a chance for local residents to try the traditional craft of hooky and proggy in a free craft taster session at Haltwhistle on Thursday May 31st.
The session will take place at Haltwhistle Library and Adult Education Centre between 10am -12 noon with local expert Caroline Mann.
Caroline will give participants a taste of what’s involved and if enough interest is shown a longer course may be available in September.
Numbers are limited and places should be booked through Haltwhistle Library on 01434 321863.
