Buying and reserving a grave
The Exclusive Right of Burial for a grave can be purchased
either before an imminent funeral or in reservation for future use.
In both cases the Exclusive Right of Burial is granted for 50
years.
Purchasing a grave before an imminent funeral
This will be dealt with by the person arranging the funeral -
which in most cases will be the funeral director.
Burials take place at all of our cemeteries between 9.30am and
3pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 12pm Saturday (weekend fees
apply).
Reserving a plot for future use
If you wish to purchase the Exclusive Right of Burial to a
