Who can apply?

It is the responsibility of the Skip or Containers owner i.e. The Skip Company to apply for the permit on behalf of the hirer, permit request forms will not be issued to the general public.

If you are a Skip Company who requires a permit to place a Skip or Container on the public highway then the skip application form is available to download here
