About the Performance and Improvement Team
It is our job to help the Council deliver its
promises. We do this by developing and maintaining effective
performance management and implementing service reviews. These
processes help to verify that planned activity is delivering the
anticipated improved outcomes for the communities of
Northumberland.

providing a high standard of quality in the information it
