Evidence Base of Existing Planning Policy Framework
What is the Evidence Base?
In creating the series of planning documents
which together comprise the current Northumberland Consolidated Planning Policy
Framework, it was necessary to develop an evidence base which
ensured that the planning documents were founded on a robust and
credible basis.
The most recent evidence base which supported
the current suite of planning documents is very extensive so it is
not possible to provide the entire set of documents here. To obtain
