Many problems can be resolved or worries dispelled by talking with family, friends or colleagues. There are times, however, when pressures and difficulties are such that it can be important to talk things through with someone outside the immediate circle of friends. The Staff Welfare Officer will listen sympathetically to the problems, help to analyse the facts, and talk them through objectively.
