The Northumberland Collection Service offers extensive photocopy and reprographic services for clients and businesses alike.

State of the art equipment and experienced archive staff allow the copying of virtually any original archive material providing copyright legislation, owner restrictions and physical condition allows. All the necessary Document Ordering forms are available to download further down on this page.

Woodhorn Study Centre clients may photograph certain classes of records for themselves. For further information please download the Guidelines for Photography within the Study Centre and the necessary Camera Registration Form.

Prior to any coping of material we require a signed Copyright Declaration for the type of copy being prepared. If you intend to publish material then it is essential you read the Publications Guide and complete the Publication Request Form, you might also wish to consult the Royalty Fees which may be applied to your request..
