Reading Groups

also known as: book clubs, book groups, reading clubs, reading groups.

Northumberland has over forty reading groups or book clubs. The groups are friendly, informal places to discuss books and make friends. They meet in a variety of locations, such as members' houses, the local libraries or local pubs.

Reading groups bring people together, improve members' wellbeing and help local communities to engage. (The Reading Agency).
