PARK HEAD
In November 2010 RES
appealed against non determination. The appeal was to be heard by a
Planning Inspector at a Public Inquiry, scheduled to commence on 29
June at Embleton Hall. On the 23 May RES notified the Planning
Inspectorate that they wished to amend the scheme and requested a
postponement of the Inquiry. The planning Inspectorate did not
agree to this postponement.
On 31 May, RES withdrew the
appeal. The public inquiry, due to commence on 29 June, is
therefore cancelled.
