Have your say on bus travel
If you wish to complain or if you have a suggestion for improving any bus service, contact the relevant bus operator. If you are not satisfied with your response, Bus Users UK is the independent body to help you.

Bus Users UK represent bus passengers and aim to help communication between bus users and the people that provide your bus service. You can join Bus Users UK as an individual member. Bus Users UK can also help if something unsatisfactory happens on your bus journey, whether you're a member or not. If they can't resolve it, they are partners in the Bus Appeals Body who will issue a decision about your difficulty.
