Calls from BT landlines to 0845 numbers are charged at local rates.
Call charges may vary with other providers.

Please note that our Customer Service Centre is normally very busy on Monday mornings.
If your call is not urgent you may wish to call at another time to avoid waiting in a call queue.

If your call is held in a queue for too long, you can leave your name and number and we will call you back within one working day.

We will make every effort to answer your call within 20 seconds, and we have set ourselves a challenge to do this for at least 80% of all calls. We also aim to ensure that we handle 95% of all calls.
