Completing the online form:

Parents of children who attend maintained Nurseries and are due to start school in September 2013 will receive a letter containing their child’s UID number which is unique to each child.  Using this number will automatically complete your child’s details on the electronic form, however if you are unable to provide/use your UID then you can complete the form using your child’s date of birth.leaflet

You will also receive an information leaflet on how to apply online, this can be accessed by selecting the picture to the right.

When choosing your child’s school you will be given the option of searching All Schools – if you are choosing a school in Northumberland we recommend that you select Northumberland from the list to enable a faster search.

School details can be accessed using this link:  contact details for schools.

Please remember to submit your application when you have completed the form – you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.  If you wish to change your online application you have up to the closing date to do this (but you must resubmit the form).  Your acknowledgement receipt is proof of your application and you should keep this in a safe place.

You should be aware that if you do not select to receive a reply when completing the form you will not receive an email on 16 April 2013.

Catchment school – to check which school is your catchment school please use the link below to INORMAPS, just put in your postcode and search.  You can then choose the phase of education by selecting the Education button to the right of the map on the INORMAPS page.
