Consultations

There is one active consultation.

The Licensing Service sought approval at the Licensing and Regulatory committee on 15 February 2024, to consult with licence holders to amend conditions of application for hackney carriage and private hire driver licences to include a requirement for training in the use of fire extinguishers. 

The consultation will run for 12 weeks and all consultation responses are to be submitted on or before;

12 noon 31 May 2024

Any responses to the proposal should be made through the online form; by email to Licensing@northumberland.gov.uk,  or in writing to Ms Tasmin Hardy, Licensing Manager, Housing and Public Protection Services, Northumberland County Council, West Hartford Business Park, NE23 3JP .

 

Where no objections are received the proposal will be implemented on 1 June 2024
